GACHAHUNT operates in and is registered in Georgia. For privacy questions and requests, contact us through Customer Support.
What you share with us
When you create an account, we hold your username, password in hashed form, and any email address or display name you provide. We also keep your account status and notification choices. Where you use wholesale access, we record approval status and the pricing entitlement attached to your account.
Purchases create records of products, quantities, prices, order status and delivery activity. Wallet records include your USD balance, credits, charges, refunds and transaction history. A wallet-code redemption records the amount, time and account credited; it is not a payment-card transaction. This information lets us fulfil purchases and explain changes to your balance.
For a support request, we receive your email, message, chosen topic and any name or order reference you include. Please leave out passwords, unused wallet codes and unrelated personal information. We do not need those secrets to start helping you.
Getting your delivery to you
Depending on the delivery, we process the code you enter, your selected items or region, quantity and destination email. Some deliveries require an account. We retain delivery assignments and status so we can complete your request, prevent duplicate delivery and investigate a problem.
Digital deliveries may contain account credentials or access codes. These are sensitive: use the protected delivery flow and keep anything you receive private. When you choose email delivery, your destination email and delivery contents must pass through the email service used to send them.
Why we use this information
We process account, order and delivery information to provide the services you request and fulfil our agreement with you. Support information lets us respond to your request. Transaction records support that agreement and applicable recordkeeping duties. Security and fraud prevention protect our legitimate interests and those of our customers, balanced against your rights. We also process information where required by law. We rely on consent only for uses that genuinely require it, such as optional notifications where applicable; you can withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful use.
Security records can include an attempted username, IP address, browser or device information, login outcome and timestamps. Session records help recognise signed-in users and end access when necessary. Support intake uses an IP-derived identifier to limit spam. These checks protect accounts and help prevent misuse; they are not a customer advertising profile.
Cookies & your browser
Cookies support sign-in, session protection and safe navigation during authentication. Browser storage also remembers conveniences such as your approximate display currency, motion preference, cart intent and catalogue position. Some delivery handoffs temporarily use tab storage to carry a code into the account flow without placing it in the address bar.
You can clear or restrict storage in your browser. Doing so may sign you out, clear a cart or interrupt a handoff; it does not erase a completed order or wallet transaction. The current application does not activate advertising trackers, third-party analytics or session recording. Hosting services still process ordinary technical requests and operational logs to serve and protect the website.
Who helps us run GachaHunt
GachaHunt uses service providers and cloud infrastructure for hosting, data storage, email and operational messaging. They process information needed to perform those services, which can include contact details, message contents and technical request information. Authorised team members use account, order and support records to help you. External marketplaces and linked services have their own privacy practices; this policy describes GachaHunt’s handling, not theirs.
Our service providers may process information in countries different from where you live. Hosting may occur in the United States, and database processing occurs in Germany; these are not exclusive processing locations. Cross-border processing is subject to applicable privacy requirements. We work with service providers that support GachaHunt’s operation and security. Information may also need to be disclosed to meet a lawful requirement or address fraud or a dispute.
Keeping records & keeping them safe
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate GachaHunt, complete transactions, provide support, protect the service, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations. Different categories of information may be retained for different periods.
Closing an account does not necessarily remove records needed for an outstanding transaction, dispute or legal obligation. Sensitive delivery information has a separate purpose: a longer accounting requirement does not by itself justify keeping credentials. Some information may remain temporarily in protected backups as part of normal system recovery processes.
The application uses access controls, protected sessions and safeguards for sensitive credentials. No website or email system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your login and delivery details private, and contact us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
Your choices & privacy requests
You can use available account controls to update details and notification choices. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may also have rights to access or correct information, request deletion or a portable copy, restrict or object to certain uses, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You may be able to complain to your local data protection authority.
Send a privacy request through Customer Support and tell us what you need. We may verify your identity before sharing or changing records. We will explain if a request cannot be fully met, including where financial history must be kept or another person’s information protected. Never send a password or redeemable code as proof of identity.
When this page changes
We will update this page when the service or its data practices change and show the revised date here. Material changes may also be communicated through the service. You can return to this page whenever you want to understand how your information is handled or how to contact us about it.
